everywhere beer

What happens when a close-knit group of friends and co-founders, with over 40 years of combined experience in craft beer and wine, come together with a singular vision? The results speak for themselves as the not-quite 3 year-old everywhere beer has already taken the west coast by storm with their award-winning creations and just opened a brand new taproom in Portland, Oregon.

The story behind everywhere beer is as easy as four guys who worked together at The Bruery, Bruery Terreux, and Offshoot Beer Co, through the long-slog of the early days of covid, deciding instead to go into business for themselves.

The Co-Founders

Jeremy Grinkey is trained winemaker turned award-winning beer industry production leader, cutting his teeth in California’s wine country before making the leap to beer in 2014. He joined The Bruery as Production Manager for the launch of its Bruery Terreux brand, eventually rising to Director of Production over all brands, including Offshoot Beer Co.

Jeremy has led teams, built award-winning programs, and helped define what modern mixed fermentation beer looks like. Known as both a technical expert and charismatic personality, he was named one of Good Beer Hunting’s “Signifiers” in 2018 and continues to be a sought-after speaker in the industry.

Daniel Muñoz is a Los Angeles native and longtime entrepreneur with a background in brand building, e-commerce, and craft beer. After launching and selling an educational tech business out of college, he entered the beverage world through boutique wine and later beer distribution.

Daniel went on to launch Inside the Cellar, one of the early direct-to-consumer craft beer platforms, and later led marketing and direct revenue for beer-tech startup Hopsy, which raised $20M and was partially acquired by Heineken. Before co-founding everywhere, Daniel spent several years as Head of Marketing and then VP of Marketing at The Bruery, scaling its digital business and membership program to over $7M annually.

Originally from New Orleans, Keith Pumilia began his brewing career at Abita Brewing Company before transitioning into sales, helping establish Abita’s dominance in the Louisiana market. In 2014, he joined The Bruery in California, where he expanded his skillset in wild fermentation, R&D, and production leadership. He ultimately oversaw innovation, barrel programs, and pilot brewing. Keith brings to everywhere a rare blend of technical brewing expertise, hands on do it-all, and a passion for innovation.

Last but not least, their head brewer, Stefan Weber, is a Tucson native and Siebel-trained brewer. Stefan began his career at Barrio Brewing before moving to California to join The Bruery. Over nearly a decade, he climbed from lead brewer to brewing and packaging manager, eventually overseeing all production operations as Production Manager. Stefan brings deep experience in recipe development, systems optimization, and team leadership—having managed over 20 production staff and helped scale The Bruery from 12K to 20K barrels annually.

The Brewery, Creations, and Awards

The brewery first opened it’s doors in early August 2022, quickly occupying the former Gunwhale Ales facility in Orange, California. Much like the speed with which they conceptualized, demoed, and remodeled the newly open Portland location, the team from everywhere set up their new production facility and taproom within a month-and-a-half of acquiring the location.

It’s not very often that you find a brewery who has not only a defined ethos, but actually puts it into action every day. Their ultimate goal is to build more than a place to enjoy great beverages; they aim to construct a positive space where a diverse and passionate community can thrive. This ethos extends to the environment they’ve created – a place designed to be as welcoming and inclusive as their beers.

Their beers are easy to approach, highly drinkable, and accessible to everyone. Over the course of the past 3 years, everywhere has created over 200 unique ones, and while they have historically offered a wide variety of west coast and hazy IPAs, they also feature one of the most diverse catalogs of offerings including sessionable lagers, pale ales, fruited hard seltzers, spritzes and slushies, plus occasional fruited sours and barrel aged imperial ales.

While still a relatively new entity in the beer industry, everywhere has already been awarded Brewery and Brewer of the Year (1,000 to 2,000 Barrels) at the Great American Beer Festival in the fall of 2024, as well as winning gold in the most-competitive category (Juicy or Hazy India Pale Ale) at the 2025 World Beer Cup for their Shifted Visions Hazy IPA.

Hello Portland!

Friday May 16th, everywhere beer is opening their first satellite taproom in Portland, Oregon – a space as welcoming and spacious as their original space in Orange. Featuring a full-size maple-wood bar, which allows seating for 12, and murals throughout created by Priscilla Moreno (the artist who also designs their can art), the taproom offers a refreshed and airy vibe.

As for the beer, they’ve effectively doubled the number of taps installed by previous tenant Chuckanut Brewery (once 11, now 22) which now include a dedicated Kölsch tap (from a guest brewery or their own), 2 Lukr side-pull faucets for lager pours, plus they’ll be pouring seven IPAs, five seltzer based spritzes, and 3 excellent guest beers.

With everywhere now operating their taproom in Portland, which occupies the first floor of our warehouse, this means we’ll be regularly shipping up beer from their brewery, thus we should have more for the state of Oregon in general. So stay tuned for more drops from everywhere coming soon!
